my body as a clock, (encounters)
in a performance which activates a mirrored table and series of archival boxes, the artist situates himself as a guardian of his own archived memories/ seeking connection and moments of exchange, the artist, over a duration of time, exercises his own intuition as the owner of these intimate memories in a choreography of control and trust/ the boxes, which are labelled with times that denote a schedule of the artists’ presence in the space, are only opened through moments of connection with visitors/ these decisions are made by the artist through visceral intuitions, questioning the ebb and flow of personal and professional boundaries/ through these moments shared between the artist and visitors in the space, new constellations of narrative are welcomed and unfolded/
